For this WeWork portrait day, the setup is kept intentionally consistent: clean, professional, and business-focused. This ensures an efficient workflow and a cohesive look across all portraits.

For individual bookings or very small teams of one or two people, the session is based on this predefined style and setup. Small adjustments in posing, framing, and expression are always possible, but the overall visual approach remains the same. This helps keep the process smooth and avoids having to rearrange the full setup for each person.

For larger teams or separate company bookings, more customized portrait concepts, backgrounds, or visual styles can be discussed in advance and arranged as a dedicated session.

Please arrive on time so the portrait day can run smoothly for everyone. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or expect to be late, please let me know as early as possible.

Because the session is pre-paid, same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.

As the sessions are booked closely one after another, late arrivals may result in a shorter session or a missed slot.
If you miss your scheduled time, I will do my best to squeeze you in later that day or offer another available slot, if possible.
