I specialize in photographing a wide range of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, company celebrations, award ceremonies, and team-building activities. Basically, everything that has a corporate context - company internal events as well as public events.
Yes, every package is tailored to your specific needs.
To make it transparent, the price is calculated hourly with possible additions of travel cost or extra fast image delivery.
Event photography (incl. editing): 150€/h on-site
Event videography (without editing) 150€/h on-site
Photo + Video: 200€/h on-site
Video editing (based on the project): 600€/day
Video editing is a mandatory add on with event videography.
That's the most transparent pricing structure for you and easy to calculate.
The minimum booking duration for events is two hours.
In less time, I can't show enough of your event. Also preparation and travel shouldn't take longer than the time on site ;)
There's no maximum. Keep me for a week if I'm available!
No, I don't work with deposits. I trust my clients and in case the event gets postponed, I hope that you inform me as early as possible so that I can book the new date for you.
I send the invoice after the images are delivered to be paid in full. One single payment makes it easier for my clients.

Absolutely! I welcome any shot lists or special requests you may have to ensure I capture all the important moments that matter to you. Surprises are only great for guests so please give me as much information as possible.
Photos are usually delivered within 48h after the event.
There's an option for live/PR-Images so 5-10 images edited quickly to use for immediate communication needs.
I deliver the final images in high-resolution JPEG format through a secure online gallery.
You can download and use them right away. Either in full resolution or already optimized for web use in lower resolution.
Yes, I love to travel for clients in Germany and internationally.
Outside of Munich, travel cost is covered by the client.
Business events like conferences, trade shows and networking events are the core of my service. But I also can help you with neighboring services like interview shoots or other video content in a corporate setting. I offer headshots in a mobile photo studio for your trade show team but will also gladly come to your company to take headshots of your employees or management.
