Terms and Conditions for Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. Scope of Guarantee:

    • Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that if you, as the client, are not completely satisfied with the final result of the services provided by Seemann Media, you are not obligated to pay for the service.

  2. Client's Obligations:

    • To be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee, the client must express their dissatisfaction with the final result within 5 days of receiving the completed work.

    • The client must provide specific reasons for their dissatisfaction to allow for proper assessment and potential revisions.

    • The client must clearly communicate the intent to make use of the satisfaction guarantee in written form.

  3. Limitations:

    • The satisfaction guarantee applies only to the photography and videography services provided by Seemann Media. It does not extend to dissatisfaction arising from external factors such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or actions beyond our control.

    • The guarantee does not apply if the client has already used the provided content for commercial purposes or shared them on public platforms before expressing dissatisfaction.

  4. Revision Opportunities:

    • Upon receipt of the client's dissatisfaction, Seemann Media is allowed to offer up to two rounds of revisions to address the client's concerns.

    • Revisions will be made within a reasonable timeframe, agreed upon between Seemann Media and the client.

  5. Usage Limitation:

    • In the event of utilizing the satisfaction guarantee, the client agrees not to use any of the provided content for commercial or personal purposes without the explicit consent of Seemann Media.

    • However, Seemann Media retains the right to use the content in its portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

  6. Payment Obligations:

    • If, after the revision process, the client remains dissatisfied with the final result, they will not be required to make any payment for the service.

    • However, any expenses incurred by Seemann Media in providing the service, such as travel or rental costs, will still be payable by the client.

  7. Resolution of Disputes:

    • In the event of a dispute regarding the satisfaction guarantee, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation and mediation before pursuing legal action.

  8. Modification of Terms:

    • Seemann Media reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions for the satisfaction guarantee at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.

  9. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By engaging the services of Seemann Media, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions for the satisfaction guarantee.

    • Seemann Media reserves the right to refuse service or revoke the satisfaction guarantee in cases of suspected abuse or misuse.
